To allow a proxy to make payments and receive access to monthly statements on your behalf, you must grant authorization in the Nelnet Student Account Center. 

Simply login to the Nelnet Student Account Center and click on “Add An Authorized Party.” Once the authorized party is added, they will receive an email from Nelnet to create their online account. Add Authorized Payer Instructions:

• Login to CyberBear, you will see the Student Services menu
• Under the Student Account & Billing section, click Nelnet QuikPay Portal
• In the Nelnet QuikPay portal select Authorized Payers from the left navigation pane
  • Select Add New (upper right) and add information for your proxy, click Save
